In 2011, I joined Hellas Online (HOL), where I led two major projects: the creation of a pioneering music streaming service and the total redesign of the HOL website with a customer-centric content strategy.
Later, I transitioned to independent consulting, developing brands that focused on specialized digital services. My focus gradually shifted exclusively to the hospitality sector, recognizing the need for a more structured, tech-driven approach to hotel marketing.
Today, I operate as a strategic consultant for hotels and accommodations, specializing in digital transformation. I am the creator of the Hospitality Digital Matrix™, a framework designed to synchronize neuroscience, data, and AI.
I am also a dedicated instructor at IEK Delta 360, sharing my knowledge with the next generation of marketers. Throughout my career, I have been honored with 4 Greek Travel Awards and a Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality & Lifestyle Award for excellence in hotel digital marketing.
